He has completed B.A., B.L., and began his professional career working with Sun
Pharmaceutical Industries, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies. During his 8
years of service, he proved his dedication and performance, earning recognition as a Best
Performer.
Coming from a very humble and financially challenging childhood, Mr. Lokesh understood
the value of stability, security, and owning a home. Through perseverance, loyalty, and
continuous effort, he rose step by step to build a successful career.
Later, he established his own pharmaceutical company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial
spirit and leadership. With the same passion for growth and service, he stepped into the real
estate industry and founded Kanchi Shivam Promoters.
